For 2023 we decided to offer racers maximum flexibility.
Your base entry fee includes the legendary curated riding experience, everything on course to support you, including aid stations, finish line food, medical support, showers and more.
To fully personalize your race experience and make this a truly unforgettable week we are offering other Basecamp components such as camping, meals, and transportation as optional upgrades.
MEAL PLAN – $629
Feast on local delights daily!
We know how important good food and proper nutrition are during an epic race and you will not be disappointed in the meals planned. Under the leadership of Whistler Cooks, they will take advantage of local fare and provide delicious meals to keep you well-fueled during race week.
We cater to over 700 people each day with a menu that will satisfy most tastes with options for vegan and gluten intolerant. We provide tasty, well-balanced, healthy meals with a meat and vegan protein option each day and ensure ample portions so you, as an athlete, can refuel for the next day of racing.
Meal Plans include breakfast and dinner each day starting with dinner on Day 1 and ending with breakfast on Day 8. Meals are served at three different times to accommodate all of our racers.
Meal Plan A: Breakfast @ 7:00am, Dinner @ 6:00pm
Meal Plan B: Breakfast @ 7:30am, Dinner @ 6:45pm
Meal Plan C: Breakfast @ 8:00am, Dinner @ 7:30pm

BASECAMP CAMPING – $369
Racers purchasing this upgrade will have the use of a four-person size tent during race week. Each tent is being sold as a single unit. Racers will have the option to share this tent with another racer if they choose.
If you are sharing, please let us know who your tent mate is so that your tent tags get labeled correctly. Please note that tents may only be shared with other registered racers, and not with any personal support crew if they are not racing.
Your tent will be set up for you at each of our two basecamps. Shower and washroom facilities will also be provided on basecamp. Campers will also have easy access to onsite optional sold services such as Wellness, Obsession – the bike tech team, and meal halls for those who opt for the meal plan upgrade.
Please note we have a limited number of tents available, and they will be sold on a first-come, first serve basis.
TRANSPORTATION – $369
Make getting around easier with our race transportation upgrade.
The transportation upgrade includes a shuttle from Victoria to Basecamp, transportation during race week to all race starts, back to Basecamp after each stage, between basecamps, and then back to Victoria the day after the race.
Secure bike transportation and storage are also included.
Racers on our transport package will choose from two pickup locations in Victoria on the morning of July 3rd at 9am.
You will be transported to Basecamp with your luggage and your bike. At Basecamp you can build your bike and then load your empty bike box onto a storage vehicle to be delivered to you on the afternoon of day 7 to rebox your bike.
Your transport package will then transport back to the same location as your pickup in Victoria on the morning of July 10th. The two hotels we will be using as pickup points are the Chateau Victoria and the Marriot Victoria Inner Harbour.
We will be utilizing spacious Coach Buses with onboard bathrooms.
