ABOUT BC BIKE RACE

AN EPIC 7 DAY JOURNEY

The BC Bike Race is a multi-day mountain bike stage race that began its humble journey in 2007. To this day, it continues to maintain the highest overall singletrack content globally.

Enjoy some of the oldest and most mature trail networks in the world. British Columbia is world-renowned for its old-growth forests, moss and fern-covered forest floors, as well as beautiful ribbons of singletrack. Throughout the week, you will get to experience the best trails each stage location has to offer. Long and sometimes punchy climbs followed by thrilling descents dotted with roots, rocks, and berms—legendary B.C. singletrack. Rise to new heights of strength as you ride towards the coveted BCBR Belt Buckle, a symbol of athletic achievement—a Journey of a Lifetime.

The BC Bike Race is about more than singletrack. Connecting with riders from around the world and the personal challenge of 7 days on the bike make this event a life-affirming experience for many.

  • The full Island experience, exploring multiple towns and trail networks
  • 7 days of racing on the world’s best singletrack
